We’re looking for talented Product Designers (Mid to Senior level) to join us in our journey of creating the best Performance Marketing Platform for advertisers and agencies.

In a Product Designer role at Affise, you will be working on complex tasks and turn them into easy-to-use consistent, and aesthetically pleasant designs. You will help the team of Product managers, Lead Product Designer, and Engineers to bring design thinking to every tool, item, and development process. To achieve success, it is important to be attentive to users’ needs, quickly adapt to evolving conditions and have a keen eye for details.

This role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, and reports to the Lead Product Designer. We also consider the remote position.

Your responsibilities:

• Work with our Lead Product Designer, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering and cross-functional teams to create a design vision of new and existing functionality and ensure a consistent user experience.
• Work on tasks of different difficulty levels.
• Expand the libraries of components and styles and create new ones.
• Analyze various user stories and provide several approaches to solve problems and fulfill users’ needs.
• From wire-framing to designing end-to-end flows and prototypes, you will be in charge of designing products that solve problems in a simple and elegant way while taking care of every small detail.
• Create storyboards and mock-ups to evaluate prospects for new features and guide engineers.
• Interviewing our users (mostly on English) to investigate the problems and create working solutions based on metrics and feedback;
• Be engaged in the quality assessment of the resulting UI.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience designing for B2B and Enterprise Saas;
• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work;
• Experience working with Figma;
